Yousef Kargar’s latest directorial experience will compete at the 17th edition of the event.

‘Gabriel’ was recently screened at the Flickers’ Rhode Island International Film Festival in the US.

The flick narrates the story of a father who is in a real quandary. He has to decide under difficult conditions among love, faith, and conscience.

Back in April 30, the film was shown at the 20th Ivy Film Festival in the US.

The cast includes Yousef Yazdani, Shabnam Yousefi, Ali Mokaram, Sina Faramarz, Manzar Asghari, and Rasoul Omranifar.

Cheongju International Short Film Festival presents movies that are touching, entertaining, and short but strong. The program team of the 17th Cheongju International Short Film Festival is hosting the festival under the motto of 'Film Festival for the Audience, by the Audience, of the Audience', the media reported.

This year’s edition of the festival is slated for 20 August - 26 September, 2020.
